* All clients submitting requests will be billed the total cost of their task/project fulfillment upon the approval of their request (via email).

<summary>There are no refunds.</summary>

* Individuals who are completely dissatisfied with the quality of the services provided by 9DLLC may state their discrepancies with our services or finished products, and may request that the task is redone, in which case, it will be.
* At the discretion of the management of 9DLLC - we will evaluate the request, the task, the individual(s) who are responsible for handling the task, and all associated materials to determine where the issues are derived.
* Clients are only eligible for this type of evaluation within 48 hours of receiving the visual preview.
* There are no refunds on the purchase of 9D NFTs, but dissatisfied individuals may list their 9D NFT for resale on the [Exchange Marketplace](https://exchange.art/9th-density-llc/nfts) to seek an alternative reimbursement.

<summary>Reward Policy for 9D Terran Society Members</summary>

* Members who have completed a task and have filled out their reward collection form will receive their reward via their crypto wallet, PayPal, or Cash App.
* If the individual(s) who is fulfilling a task does not submit any material he will forfeit the entire reward and will be banned from claiming tasks indefinitely.
* If the individual(s) fulfilling a task do not meet the specificities/requirements, they are obligated to join 9D's management team in a retrospective and discuss how the task(s) can be redone, or modified. 9D will work even more intently to fulfill the requester's task requirements.&#x20;
* If the task handler refuses to continue working on the task along with 9D, their reward will be forfeited, and they will be banned from claiming tasks indefinitely.
