All individuals who have made task requests, as well as those who have been assigned a task, are highly encouraged and expected to keep communications open whilst the task is open and currently being handled.

There is a "Task Report" form available on our website that can be used to relay updates or concerns about a given task between the requester and 9D. This form is used to provide an extra layer of communication for task-related issues in an organized manner to cut down on extraneous back-and-forth.

If you are already a part of the 9D Collective on Discord, you may simply submit a claim ticket on the "task-claim" channel, located in the "Tickets and Claims" category, and you will then be able to discuss your concerns with 9D directly, in real-time.
