# accepting tasks (for members)

Those within the collective who have verified their Terran Society membership are able to accept and handle tasks as a freelance specialist. Tasks that have been approved will be listed on the "listings" channel in the 9D Discord server.

#### In order to claim a task, the TS member must:

1. Find a task that they believe they can fulfill from the list.
2. Once a doable task is identified,  submit a ticket on the task-claim channel and enter the desired task ID.
3. You will then be assessed for technical knowledge and will have to fill out a "Task Fulfillment" form (a link to the form will be provided in the open ticket conversation).
4. Submit your "Task Fulfillment" form
5. Sit tight until you are notified of your approval, or denial, to handle the request. As long as the form is submitted during the designated hours of operation, response times will be fairly quick.
6. Approval will depend on the availability of the task,  your confidence, and your ability to deliver on your claims.

Urgency is required as Task requests will be given a designated timeframe for approval by members before the task is delegated elsewhere.
